Design
Do you have a plan or do you need help making a plan? I’m happy to start having the discussion with you wherever you’re at in the process. This is where we take your vision and put it on paper, work out a budget, create a timeline, get all the necessary permits filed and finalize all the details before the building can begin.
Construction
We’ll get your land prepared for building, a foundation poured, walls up and dried in, plumbing and electrical, heating, ventilation, drywall, paint, flooring and then trim, cabinets, doors and trim. During this time we’ll also be working to get the siding up and exterior finishes completed.
Finish
This final process is when we get to bring to life the details, personal touches and inspirations to make it your home.
